1 cup of pineapple juice
1 banana

1 cup of ice

Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
1 cup almond milk

1-½ tablespoons peanut butter
½ banana
¾ cup ice (add more if not thick enough)

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 cup skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla SmartMeal (or Love and Peas)
½ cup of strawberry Greek yogurt
1 banana
4–5 frozen strawberries
½ cup ice
